Kramer-Triad Management Group, an Associa company, hosts a complimentary Board seminar Tuesday, July 23rd, entitled “Serving on the Board”.
This one-of-a-kind workshop has been presented to thousands of Board members nationwide and will be facilitated by nationally known association expert and educator, Larry J. Pothast, PCAM. With more than 35 years of experience in the community association industry, Mr. Pothast has developed this highly sought-after workshop to help community association leaders better understand their roles as leaders of their multi-million dollar HOAs as they strive to “maintain, protect and enhance” the value of their member’s assets and enjoyment of the community.

Larry J. Pothast, PCAM
A nationally recognized community association expert, trainer and author on HOA leadership effectiveness and operations for board members, Pothast currently serves as Vice President of Manger and Board Training for Associa. In addition to receiving his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Association’s Institute (CAI), he has been awarded “Speaker of the Year” honors from many CAI chapters for his workshops, seminars and keynote speeches. He has served on the CAI National Research Foundation Board of Directors and is a former Dean of CAI’s Professional Management Development Program Communications and Meetings module.
