Associa listened to their clients and redesigned the homeowner, board and attorney portals. The updated Associa Access portals not only offer a new, cleaner look with easy-to-use navigation and single sign-on capabilities, but they feature online payments, real-time profile updates and the ability to view status reports securely and efficiently. Homeowners, board members and association attorneys now have 24/7/365 online access to essential HOA account and association information.

For board members, the new Associa Board Access features include real-time financial reporting and management tools. All boards currently on C3 software will receive Board Access free of charge beginning with the September 4 launch. Integrated with C3, board members can review financials, covenants and work orders. The single-login feature allows them to move between community and homeowner view without logging in again.
On Associa Homeowner Access, homeowners can access their HOA account information and check balances. With a single click, they can make an online payment or schedule recurring payments. The improved homeowner portal also features real-time updates to contact information and access to request a work order or check the status of a work order.
The updated Associa Attorney Access offers community association attorneys secured access to needed information for the communities they represent.
