Select Community Services (SCS), an Associa company, proudly announces the addition of three new Community Association Managers. New to the SCS team are Carlos Cepeda, Scott Bristol and Justin Fritzius.
“We are delighted to add these talented individuals to our staff,” said Heather Graham, SCS President and CEO. “They bring new energy and ideas, and we are confident that they will be an asset to our company and our clients.”
Cepeda was previously an on-site manager for a high-rise condominium in Washington, D.C. He also enjoys studio art production and in his free time helps local artists with their potential music projects.
Bristol holds a B.A. in criminology and criminal justice and a certificate/minor in African American studies from the University of Maryland. He is currently in the process of completing a dual master’s degree, and in his spare time works as a logistics specialist for the Department of Transportation Services at the University of Maryland.
Fritzius has worked in a variety of industries before joining SCS. He has lived in the Washington, D.C. metro areas for the last seven years and also serves as the volunteer cross country and track and field coach at Woodgrove High School in Purceville, Va. Fritzius holds a bachelor’s of science degree in management from Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pa.
