Tempe, AZ - Jomar Association Services, Inc., an Associa company, is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Shawnell Kiehne and Elizabeth Giordani. Kiehne will now serve as the company's Director of Finance, while Giordani is now an Assistant Manager.

As Director of Finance, Kiehne is responsible for all financial aspects for Jomar clients. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and has spent her career within Associa, diversifying her skills. Kiehne has previously worked as a Corporate Controller, Collection Supervisor, Accounting Manager and Community Manager with each position giving her a well rounded knowledge of association management. She also has experience in non-profit, governmental and private accounting, all of which enable her to lead Jomar's clients in a positive financial direction.
Giordani began her career with Jomar Association Services in 2007 in the Customer Service Department, before being promoted to an Administrative Assistant. The skill and experience she gained in that capacity allowed for her to become an Assistant Manager. Giordani also works closely with Jomar's Associa Cares committee and just celebrated her sixth year of marriage to her husband. Giordani enjoys all the outdoor activities that Arizona has to offer and plans to continue her professional education to gain the position of Manager.
