Kramer-Triad Management Group, an Associa company, is proud to announce that Mariah Page and Vicki Hancock recently received their Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management and is recommended for experienced managers who want to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge and who wish to be recognized as one of the best and most experienced managers in the nation.
To earn the PCAM designation, a community manager must have at least five years direct community association management experience, successfully pass their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) examination, pass six related courses through CAI and complete an extensive case study among numerous other items."Mariah and Vicki have now obtained the ultimate achievement in the community management industry," said Jeff Gourle Kramer-Triad President. "We are very proud of their constant hard work and dedication. Plus their commitment to continuing education and professional development is a great asset to both Kramer-Triad and the communities we manage."
Page has worked in the community management field since 1995 and has been an employee with Kramer-Triad since 2008. She has been a member of CAI since 2000, and recently assisted the Michigan Chapter on several committees, including the election committee and the golf outing committee. Page holds her Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and also carries the CMCA and AMS designations.
Hancock has more than 27 years of apartment and community management experience and since 1998 has specialized in community association management. She has also been awarded the CMCA and AMS designation, while serving as the Executive Director of the Michigan CAI chapter since 2009. During her time as the Executive Director, Hancock has received four national awards for her leadership and is a co-lecturer at the chapter's educational seminars.
