Shannon Streenz, Senior Vice President, Client Service Operations|Leadership | Associa

As senior vice president, Shannon is responsible for client shared services, data operations and Community Archives. He works with his teams to manage Associa clients’ accounting functions, data, and resale activities within the managed communities using the latest automation and AI technologies.   

Before joining the Associa family, Shannon served as the vice president of customer operations for Concentra, where he led the development and build-out of its shared services operations. He has also served in various operational and accounting capacities for Humana, PepsiCo, and Lennox International.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler and earned his Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of North Texas. Shannon also holds his CPA license in the state of Texas.

He resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife, Salena and their two children, Sydney and Savannah. As a family they enjoy dinners together, attending Texas Longhorn football games and vacationing. Shannon’s interests also include serving the community through his local church, making genuine Texas BBQ, shooting sports, fishing and playing golf.
