Kaitlyn Weaver

Kaitlyn Weaver is a graduate student at the Yale University School of Management, where she is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Business Strategy. She is a member of the Forte Scholarship program and is the Curriculum Lead for the Consulting Club, a professional club at the Yale School of Management that makes consulting careers accessible and prepares students for interviewing. She is also on the executive committee for Women in Management, an affinity club aimed at encouraging women to flourish in the business industry. Previous to her current enrollment, Kaitlyn earned her Master of Science in Management from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology at the University of Virginia. Since 2016, she has been employed at KPMG US, a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services. Kaitlyn volunteers her time as a non-profit board fellow to Sarah Inc., a leading provider of human services for individuals of varying age and abilities in Connecticut.
