Associa University is our comprehensive professional development program for community association professionals and volunteers alike, providing our users with online, on-demand courses tailored specifically to Associa best practices. AU was established in conjunction with the Professional Management Development Program (PMDP) of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
AU enables Associa personnel to achieve and maintain the highest levels of management accreditation of any company in the country, with a curriculum that includes coursework for career development, leadership development and managerial issues – as well as online courses for board members and homeowners seeking to expand their industry knowledge. Some of the topics include customer service, negotiation, financial analysis, and board meeting preparations.
AU has more than 500 online courses and an online video library of more than 50 videos, most of which feature our own field and corporate leadership making presentations on a variety of topics.
