Ms. Herndon is a hands-on leader who is involved in the daily operations of each ProComm location, supervision of management services, marketing and new client relations.
Ms. Herndon has been in business management, commercial property management, resort management and community association management more than 26 years and has held the positions of President/CEO of Association Services of Florida in Miramar FL, Regional Vice President of Principal Management Group’s Arlington/Ft. Worth office, Vice President of Property Management for Central Management, Inc. and Corporate Property Manager for Wells Fargo Bank.
Ms. Herndon holds the following professional designations: Professional Community Association Manager, (PCAM) and Association Management Specialist, (AMS) awarded by Community Associations Institute, Certified Property Manager, (CPM) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA) awarded by the National Board of Certification For Community Association Managers.
Ms. Herndon stays actively involved in the Community Association Institute and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Ms Herndon was elected to serve on the CAI National APCM Board as well as APCM Board of Trustees and appointed by the San Antonio CAI Board of Directors to Chair the new CEO Committee. Ms. Herndon has facilitated education/training courses for community managers across the nation, and continues to encourage, educate, and mentor co-workers within Associa.

For the past twelve years Ms. Womack has devoted her professional endeavors to association management with Associa.
In addition Ms. Womack holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) awarded by the Community Associations Institute, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) awarded by NBC/CAM professional certifications.
Ms. Womack is also an active participant in Community Associations Institute and serves on the Education Committee of the local CAI chapter.

On September 20, 2007, Ms. Vela-Mora joined the Associa - ProComm family and is instrumental in the training, supervising, continuing education and constant support of the Association Managers for each ProComm branch. In addition to these duties, Ms. Vela-Mora serves as a second level of support for each Board we partner with and specializes as our Senior Management Contact for Developing Communities.
Ms. Vela-Mora is actively involved with our San Antonio Chapter of Community Association’s Institute (CAI) by serving on the Board of Directors as well as established and heads the Social Media and Public Relations. In October 2011, Ms. Vela- Mora was elected to serve as President-Elect for 2012 preparing her to step into the role of Chapter President in 2013.

Learn more this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Steele also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.
Steele was formerly the Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches to further develop service and product offerings.
Prior to his position with the corporate office, Steele was President of Associa company Real Property Management, Inc., in Columbus Ohio. He holds his AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio with more than 19 years in the community association management industry.
Steele has been married for 10 years has a son and two young daughters. He and his family relocated to Arizona in 2010 after spending his entire life in Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and Phoenix Suns basketball games. He also attends and helps coach his children in various sports such as soccer, baseball and swimming.
