Learn more developers and builders in the industry for nearly eighteen years, Ms. Bartel’ skills and expertise encompass all aspects of residential real estate, from development and construction of large master planned communities, to the management of luxury single family neighborhoods, commercial, condominium and townhome communities. She has specific expertise in the sometimes complex process of transitioning associations from developer to homeowners control, extensive knowledge in establishing and amending governing documents for newly developed and established communities, budget and reserve preparation, establishing architectural guidelines, overseeing maintenance and administrative personnel, all aspects of accounting, and amenity installation and maintenance.
In July of 2002, the Community Association Institute (CAI) approved Ms. Bartel as an Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community associations.
In August of 2005, the Community Association Institute (CAI) awarded Ms. Bartel the Large Scale Manager (LSM®) designation. LSM designees have extensive experience in the unique aspects of large-scale community management. Ms. Bartel is one of only 29 managers nationwide who have earned this specialized level of professional recognition in the community association field.
Ms. Bartel wrote the feature article in the May/June 2004 issue of the Community Association Institute’s national magazine “Common Ground” on fiduciary duty and is teaching the Community Association Institute’s M-100 at the National level.

Her experience in human resources and managing customer service operations is significant to our company’s service package, making her a tremendous asset to the firm and to the continued success of Principal Management Group.
Mrs. Wright has over eight years experience in the Houston market, working with developers, resident Board of Directors, community associations and community residents. Mrs. Wright is a member of Delta Sigma Theta (a nation public service organization) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. During her professional career she has successfully demonstrated her expertise in a variety of areas including policy development, capital improvement budgeting, planning and implementation, project management, facility development and operation and organizational development.
With Mrs. Wright’s expertise and background she has been able to provide administrative, operational and managerial counsel to association boards and residents, developing budgets and financial reports, performing site inspections, directing the enforcement of covenants and restrictions, selecting contractors and insurance providers and directing association personnel.
The Community Association Institute (CAI) approved Mrs. Wright as an Association Management Specialist (AMS). The AMS certification recognizes those individuals who have demonstrated a vast array of knowledge in the area of community association management. The AMS designation is the second tier of professionalism for community association managers. Mrs. Wright plans to take her case study in the near future and obtain her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. The PCAM is the highest designation obtainable for community association managers.

Learn more this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Steele also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.
Steele was formerly the Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches to further develop service and product offerings.
Prior to his position with the corporate office, Steele was President of Associa company Real Property Management, Inc., in Columbus Ohio. He holds his AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio with more than 19 years in the community association management industry.
Steele has been married for 10 years has a son and two young daughters. He and his family relocated to Arizona in 2010 after spending his entire life in Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and Phoenix Suns basketball games. He also attends and helps coach his children in various sports such as soccer, baseball and swimming.
