  • Michael Packard, PCAM®, CPM®, CCAM®, CAM®

Learn more 20 recipients of the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate management (IREM) and the Certified California Association Manager (CCAM) designation. He also holds a Nevada Certified Association Manager (CAM) certificate and a California Brokers license.

    Packard is a former National President of CAI and its Research Foundation. He is also a former President of San Diego's CAI and IREM Chapters. He is a recipient of CAI's national Distinguished Service award, IREM's Presidential Achievement award and San Diego Manager of the Year award.

    After receiving a BA from New Mexico State University, where he served as senior class President, Packard earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. He served in the US Air Force, rising to the rank of Captain, and received the Bronze Star Medal for service as an Air Commando during the Viet Nam conflict.

    Packard is a nationally published author and is an instructor for CAI, IREM and CACM. Additionally, he has taught property management internationally in Russia, Poland, Japan, Australia and Canada.

    He is father to two step sons with his wife Jeri and has been an active “Make A Wish” volunteer for many years.

    Karen Inman serves as Professional Community Management’s President & Chief Operations Officer.

Learn more is respected industry-wide for her ability to operate and grow large client portfolios – particularly in the area of New Project Development – while successfully leveraging state-of-the-art IT solutions that increase operational efficiencies and enhance the overall client resident experience.

    As COO, Karen oversees all aspects of PCM operations, including strategic planning, leadership development and client servicing. She also provides strategic oversight for the company’s executive team while spearheading several business development and online initiatives.

    Prior to joining PCM, Inman served in leadership roles for a number of companies, developing projects and scopes of work that elevated organizational capabilities. She also served eight years at Flour Daniel, Inc. in Aliso Viejo, California, a world class engineering and construction company, managing telecom construction and strategic software projects.

    Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and a second B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Redlands. The Ladera Ranch resident has been active through the years with several industry organizations, including the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIA/SC) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

  • Chuck Holland

Mr. Holland has an extensive background in computerized business systems, management, oraganization and administration in the real estate management industry.

    Holland, with the other members of the Executive Team, directs the activities of the company whose management portfolio has grown to 300 communities and over 125,000 units, representing a combined real estate value of over $50 billion.

    Holland began his career in information technology and business systems with the U.S. Marine Corps where his main focus was on providing leadership, teamwork, systems support and data auditing. After leaving the service, he has worked for the banking, medical, real estate and senior community management industries.

    Mr. Holland holds a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in software engineering from National University, San Diego. He has completed technical and certification programs from leading industry organizations such as Microsoft, IBM, Cisco and Citrix.

  • Debra Roberts

    Debra Roberts has specialized in the accounting field specific to Common Interest Developments for over 30 years and has been with PCM for the... Learn more past 25 years. Debra has served both as PCM’s Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller. She was promoted to Controller in June 2000.

    Debra has extensive experience in all phases of CID accounting. She directs an accounting staff of 36 individuals, which handle the financial needs of 298 community associations. This includes overseeing the developer billing, account transitions, escrow department, delinquency, investments, banking, customer service, accounts payable, financial preparation and internal controls.

    She works closely with client Board of Directors through financial training seminars and one on one training with new Directors. She reviews both budgets and audits to insure accuracy and fiduciary soundness.

    Debra actively works with both industry Attorneys and Auditors to ensure that PCM is the first to be made aware of all changes to CID law relating to accounting. As an accounting professional she keeps abreast of current developments through ongoing education with CACM, CAI and the California Society of CPA’s.

    Since... Learn more the year 2010, Mr. Storage's current position is that of General Manager of Laguna Woods Village, Laguna Woods, a resort-style active adult community. Prior to this position, Mr. Storage was the Director of Maintenance and Security for the community for over a decade.

    Mr. Storage oversees a complex operation that provides all services associated with the management and maintenance of the Village having 18,000 residents and 13,000 dwelling units (condominiums and cooperatives) and facilities with a total operating budget of $100 million and various multi-million dollar capital projects and acquisitions each year. The operation includes oversight of 1,000 employees. The operations overseen by Mr. Storage and his executive team include:

Alisa has been instrumental in community development and regional growth and is an industry leader in the community association and building industries. She continues to provide excellent customer service and guidance to hundreds of homeowners in community associations in Southern California.

    Alisa started her community management career as an assistant to the General Manager in one of PCM’s exclusive, active adult communities. After three years she transitioned into portfolio management in PCM’s corporate office. In 2007, Alisa assisted in opening PCM’s Inland Empire office and has since been significantly involved in growing the region for PCM. Due to Alisa’s community development expertise and support of our developer clients, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Community Development & Management and is one of our key contacts for developer clients.

    Alisa has worked actively with many homeowner and developer boards of directors and architectural committees. Her experience and knowledge have provided guidance to established communities experiencing challenging deferred maintenance related issues, litigation matters as well as newer associations establishing goals and objectives for the first time. In addition, Alisa has provided Board member training relative to their role in governing their communities, including financial understanding and responsibility.

    Alisa is an actively involved Board Member for the Greater Inland Empire Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and possesses the CAI CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification and the elite (AMS) Association Management Specialist designation.

In addition, she is Past President of the Orange County Regional Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), serves on the Chapter’s Legislative Support Committee, is a Delegate on the California Legislative Action Committee and serves on the Federal Legislative Action Committee for CAI. She possesses the Professional Community Association Manager and Association Management Specialist designations, and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations.

    Wendy has served as a Mission Viejo City Commissioner for Community Services Commission since 2011 and is presently Vice-Chair.

    Prior to joining PCM, Susan previously served as President of Merit Association Services, Inc., a forward planning and DRE budget consulting company within the Merit organization. She had worked within the Merit organization for nearly 25 years.

    He also works closely with PCM's marketing department in promotion and development. He prepares marketing proposals and makes presentations to prospective clients. His leadership and supervision have been instrumental in growing this division to 14,000 units in over 60 associations.

    Jim's long experience and knowledge of community management provides strong leadership and a valuable liaison with boards of directors. He works closely with staff and board members to continually improve the level of service and promote PCM’s commitment to management excellence.

    A respected member of his profession, Jim has earned the distinguished credentials of Professional Community Association Manager PCAM) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). He has served on the board of directors of the San Diego Chapter of CAI, and currently serves on several committees.

    He plays an active role in service to his community and is past Chairman of the Vista Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Building Industry Association.

    Jim is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA Degree in Economics.

This includes staffing, payroll, performance management, workforce safety and conflict management, benefits and workers’ compensation issues.

    Elise works closely with client board members to ensure top-notch community staffing solutions. She also supports PCM’s business development and marketing teams by articulating how the company’s HR services can benefit and bring measurable cost savings to prospective client homeowners’ associations.

    Trent’s extensive HR experience, coupled with her Masters’ Degree in Human Resources from Chapman University, uniquely positions her as a respected thought leader within the industry. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Elise received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She currently resides in San Clemente with her husband and son.

He’s an active board member of Casa Teresa, which provides a temporary home and on-going support for pregnant women 18 years of age and older who are alone.
