Robert has over 15 years consulting with builders, managers and communities assisting them with project administration, operational and financial analysis, community-building practices, leadership development, strategic planning, and board training retreats. He is also recognized as an expert witness in HOA related matters. Robert began performing Reserve Studies for communities, organizations and companies in 2001, has completed in excess of 1,000 Reserve Studies, and holds the Reserve Specialist (RS) designation through CAI.
Robert graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in business and finance, teaches and speaks extensively around the country for the Community Association’s Institute and his consulting business, and provides specific educational and speaking programs for public and private organizations. He was recognized in 1999 and 2005 as CAI’s Educator of the Year for his teaching in the Professional Management Development Program, and continues to expand the educational field for managers and community leaders across the globe.
He currently Chairs the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers, Chairs the Exam Development Committee for NBC-CAM, has authored numerous articles in local and national industry publications, and serves on numerous CAI national committees and task forces.

Heiskell began his career in 1987 as an Assistant Community Association Manager in Washington, DC and was soon promoted to full Community Association Manager. Since 1991, Heiskell has worked in the community association field in San Diego, mainly in executive positions. Heiskell also learned the development side of community associations when he worked for two developers.
Heiskell earned his Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, and is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has earned several professional designations, including the national designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from CAI, and the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the statewide organization the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Heiskell has received numerous accolades and recognition from clients and peers during his tenure as both a community association manager and executive.

Braddy earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. She won two State Vision awards through CACM in 2003 (Communication) and 2006 (Excellence in Education) as well as her company's prestigious Ambassador's Circle award in 2008 for the top 1 percent of managers in the company for top performance. Braddy received the company's Educator of the Year award in 2007 and individual achievement awards for both the summer and winter of 2006. She is a senior community manager with NNJ, managing communities varying from condos to high-rises. Braddy also serves as the education director, facilitating employee training and ensuring community managers stay current on all that is involved in the CID industry.

Prior to serving as SVP, Rosenberg was CEO of Massingham & Associates, one of the largest community management firms in Northern California. Joining Massingham right out of college, he has held numerous positions in the company from controller to COO to shareholder. During his tenure with company, the company grew to five offices managing 320 plus communities in Northern California. In addition, he helped the company achieve the prestigious Certified Management Firm (CMF) designation from the California Association of Community Managers.
Rosenberg holds a Business Administration degree from San Jose State University with a concentration in Accounting. In addition, he received his law degree from the Santa Clara School of Law in May of 1999. He started his real estate career in mortgage banking and has also worked for a Certified Public Accountant specializing in real estate accounting and a law firm specializing in real estate law. Rosenberg is a certified community association manager, and a licensed real estate broker.
Rosenberg is affiliated with numerous trade organizations in the field of real estate including stints on the board of directors of the Executive Council of Homeowners and the California Association of Community Managers. He is married and the proud father of four children and enjoys coaching their respective soccer teams in his spare time.
