Our collections services include:
Sending an initial letter of delinquency. We send an itemized letter to each delinquent homeowner.
Preparing and delivering materials. Upon Board direction, M & C Association Management Services will prepare the account materials and deliver them to your preferred attorney or collection agent to move forward with advanced collection proceedings. M&C will maintain communication with the collection vendor every month to ensure all delinquent accounts are pursued effectively.
