Executive Bios

  • W. Grant Parker, CAAM®, AMS®, PCAM®

    Mr. Parker (Grant) has been in the community association management industry for 24 years, and has experienced virtually every level and type... Learn more of community association. He has been an industry practitioner in 3 states, beginning his career in Virginia at Brandermill, a master-planned community of four thousand homes.

    From there, he moved to Denver, Colorado where he worked for a developer of high-end custom home communities, with homes ranging in price from $750,000.00 to 10 million dollars. Two of those communities received CAI’s prestigious award of Community Association-of-the-Year for the state of Colorado.

    Grant has worked extensively and successfully in many demanding association environments, from complex Insurance Claims, Special Assessment Restoration Projects and Developer Transitions, to the extremely demanding service environment of large condominium communities. During his career, Mr. Parker has served as senior staff for Westwind Management in Denver, CO and, most recently, at Cadden Community Management in Tucson AZ for nearly seven years, as Director of Management Services.

    Having earned some of the highest awards and designations the industry can confer, Grant has volunteered his time and training, at both the state and national levels, in an effort to “give back” as much as he has received from this vibrant industry. He is a nationally recognized speaker and author with CAI, and has made the quest for higher industry standards his own personal mission.

    Additionally, over the last four years, Grant has been an instructor at Pima Community College, teaching a course he developed entitled “Leadership Training for HOA Boards”. He is also currently certified by the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) to teach five of their management training courses.

Learn more Lewis Management over 20 years of Association management experience, as well as eleven years of municipal experience where she developed an exceptionally strong financial background. She served as Budget officer for the City of Plainfield New Jersey where she was responsible for the development and monitoring of the City’s budget.

    Barbara has managed both Condominium and Homeowners Associations and been responsible for the oversight, training and development of Association Managers and Staff. She holds the CMCA®, AMS®, and PCAM® certifications from CAI, as well as a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Rutgers University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from New York University. She is currently responsible for the supervision, education and development of our Association Managers and Assistant Managers. Barbara also acts as the Education Coordinator for our firm.

  • Matt Steele

Learn more this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Steele also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.

    Steele was formerly the Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches to further develop service and product offerings.

    Prior to his position with the corporate office, Steele was President of Associa company Real Property Management, Inc., in Columbus Ohio. He holds his AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio with more than 19 years in the community association management industry.

    Steele has been married for 10 years has a son and two young daughters. He and his family relocated to Arizona in 2010 after spending his entire life in Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and Phoenix Suns basketball games. He also attends and helps coach his children in various sports such as soccer, baseball and swimming.
