Learn more interest community management in 1999 as the Facilities Manager for the Reston Association, one of the largest Homeowner Associations in the United States. For seven years, she was responsible for overseeing the management of Reston’s facilities which represented a significant portion of their $12,000,000 annual operating budget.
Hilary has been the General Manager for a large-scale community associations and a Division Director for one of the largest management companies in the Washington area. As Division Director she was responsible for the oversight of seven portfolio managers and 45 homeowner association and condominium properties. Hilary is now Vice President of Management Operations for Legum & Norman. Hilary is a knowledgeable and capable manager who develops strong relationships with her colleagues and is committed to providing a top notch quality product to our clients.
Hilary is an active member of Community Associations, Inc. (CAI) and serves on the Special Events Committee. She is also a regular industry speaker and teacher particularly on the topic of common interest community budgets and financial statements.

Before stepping into this role, Chris was a Community Manager handling condominiums, homeowner associations and mixed-use developments for Legum & Norman. Chris has a great personality for this business. His calm demeanor and strong business sense make him a natural leader. Chris is an active member of CAI and is currently working on his PCAM designation.

Robert was with Toll Brothers for ten years and during that time developed some of their largest luxury communities in Virginia. He managed construction, sales, land development, business planning, budgets and financial forecasting. In addition, he was responsible for recruiting, training, and personnel development for his division. He also served on the Board of Directors for numerous communities. Large homeowner associations and active adult communities are a specialty for Robert. He is a seasoned manager, an accomplished business person and he now has oversight responsibility for some of Legum & Norman's largest clients.

Prior to stepping into her role as a Regional Director, her portfolio consisted of the management and oversight of over $341,000,000 in assets and over $12,000,000 in cumulative operating budgets, including four of the D.C. Metropolitan area's premier residential communities at National Harbor. As Regional Director, Mrs. Peoples is currently responsible for the oversight of several Community Managers, with a cumulative portfolio of over forty communities.
She received L&N's prestigious President's Award of Excellence in 2007. She is an active CAI member and currently serves on the Editorial committee and regularly contributes to Quorum Magazine. She is currently possesses a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and is pursuing her PCAM designation with Community Association Institute (CAI).

Craig Koss

Learn more serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Koss also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.
Additionally, Koss serves as the SVP liaison to the corporate accounting department and is the business analyst for the SVP team, as well as participating on the Associa Education Committee. Koss previously served as the CEO of Kramer-Triad Management Group in Michigan and has worked in the community association management industry for nearly 30 years, including 17 years with Kramer-Triad. He was promoted to RVP in 2008.
Koss holds both the AMS and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and previously served on the Education Committee and Managers Networking Committee for CAI. He was also an inaugural board member and served five years on CAI’s Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM). He was appointed to CAI’s board of Trustees and is a current member of the CAI Designation Ethics Committee. Koss received CAI’s Excellence Award in 2006.
An inaugural member of the Associa Ambassadors Circle, Koss and his wife are the parents of two children. He enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, but has one true passion – Michigan Football.

Patti has been involved in the real estate management industry since 1990. She started her career in the multi-family housing industry in Atlanta, Georgia. After 10 years of successfully leasing, marketing and managing multi-family communities, Patti moved into community association management. She has extensive experience with developing communities and ensuring that they start off life on a solid foundation and carrying them through transition to homeowner control.
