  • Jeff Gourlie, AMS®, PCAM®

He has been a lecturer at both CAI Michigan Chapter educational seminars and at the United Condominiums of Michigan (UCOM) annual seminar. He has served on the CAI Michigan Chapter Board of Directors twice as President as well as Treasurer and Secretary. Jeff also served as the Vice Chairman on the Membership Advisory Committee for CAI on a national level. He has extensive knowledge in the area of buildings and grounds maintenance which was acquired during a career of over twenty years that included positions as a resident manager and maintenance supervisor, giving him invaluable knowledge necessary for the everyday operation of community associations.

Her credentials and experience also encompass an extensive background in apartment marketing and research analysis. Ms. Haan earned her Accredited Resident Manager Certification (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She attended Olivet College and Michigan State University graduating from that university with a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a minor in Economics.

Learn more and Professional Community Association Manager. Since joining Kramer-Triad in 2001, he has specialized in developing communities working with builders and developers. He manages a portfolio of 22 associations with over 3,000 units in addition to working with Managers of developing and transitioned communities within each office. Working with both national and local developers, he has taken associations from inception to transition. He has extensive knowledge in working and training volunteer boards from his 25 years of working for non-profit organizations. Dean received a Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Valley State University and served as the University Alumni President for 2 years.

  • Craig Koss

Learn more serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Koss also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.

    Additionally, Koss serves as the SVP liaison to the corporate accounting department and is the business analyst for the SVP team, as well as participating on the Associa Education Committee. Koss previously served as the CEO of Kramer-Triad Management Group in Michigan and has worked in the community association management industry for nearly 30 years, including 17 years with Kramer-Triad. He was promoted to RVP in 2008.

    Koss holds both the AMS and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and previously served on the Education Committee and Managers Networking Committee for CAI. He was also an inaugural board member and served five years on CAI’s Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM). He was appointed to CAI’s board of Trustees and is a current member of the CAI Designation Ethics Committee. Koss received CAI’s Excellence Award in 2006.

    An inaugural member of the Associa Ambassadors Circle, Koss and his wife are the parents of two children. He enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, but has one true passion – Michigan Football.
