Ms. Kearns is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Management Professionals (CMP), overseeing the accounting department and... Learn more working with our managers. She has made it her focus to develop a strong team relationship between accounting and operations. Ms. Kearns joined CMP in 2007, looking to build a career in an industry that could benefit from her customer service skills as well as her extensive accounting background. Since then, she has become a leader by applying her ability to resolve issues and conflicts with homeowners. Ms. Kearns, a Florida native, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. After earning her CPA, she began practicing in Public Accounting before making a change to Private Accounting. Since coming to CMP, she has become a valuable asset, bringing her operations and accounting background to the company.

A native Floridian, Ms. Carpenter founded Community Management Professionals (CMP) in 1988 and serves as its Marketing Director and Chief Executive... Learn more Officer. She has been in the community management profession since 1980 and was instrumental in the founding of the first chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) in Florida (Greater Miami), the Daytona Chapter and then leading the Mid-Florida Chapter (Orlando) for many years as its President and later Executive Director. In 2007 Ms. Carpenter was elected to serve on CAI’s National Board of Association of Professional Community Management (APCM®). Sue has served on and chaired many Orange County Boards. She is currently Chair of the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and a member of the Animal Services Advisory Board. Ms. Carpenter is remembered as a multi-year volunteer with the Orange County Homeowners Association Alliance (OCHAA). She earned her business degree in Miami, became a Florida Real Estate Broker and in 1988 took the first day exam for CAM licensing in FL. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 59 and is active in local and state politics, her Church and their seminary and missionary opportunities; having recently returned from a mission trip to South Africa.

Dean Driscoll, CMCA®

Mr. Driscoll began his career in 1989 when he was hired by Prudential Relocation Management as a Real Estate Assistant and later appointed Appraisal Specialist for the third-party relocation company. In 1993, he moved to Florida to be close to family and pursued a career in commercial property management with Morbitzer Group, Inc. Realizing the need for quality community management, Mr. Driscoll worked closely with the company’s owner to develop a community association management “arm” of the business. When Morbitzer was sold to Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2002, he moved into the role of Administrator of Property Management, overseeing more than 500,000 square feet of commercial property and more than 40 associations. Mr. Driscoll graduated from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication Jouralism. He holds an active Florida Community Association Manager’s (CAM) License and the CMCA® designation from CAI. He is now working toward CAI’s AMS® and PCAM® designations.

Ms. Baldwin is a hands-on director with a management work history that ranges from developing customer service departments for Fortune 500 companies... Currently as Director of Internal Operations with CMP, Norma manages communities, but is developing a highly effective team leading the Accounting, Collections, Customer Service, Administration, and Maintenance departments of CMP. Norma relentlessly strives to exceed client expectations and encourages her teammates to do the same. She is a Florida licensed CAM with a CMCA® designation who is known for developing savvy bottom-line strategies that promote growth, health, and long-term business viability for her communities and CMP internal operations. She has exceptional client retention as a result of her personal management philosophy of detail, determination, and going the distance. A Florida native, Norma actively supports missionary efforts throughout the globe and provides for feeding the hungry in the Orlando community through local outreaches.

George Skrbin

George Skrbin oversees a portfolio of 11 Associa branch offices throughout the United States in his role as Senior Vice President. His responsibilities... Learn more in this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies.
Skrbin also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer Association Services of Florida. In that capacity, he sets strategy and directs operations for ASF. Additionally, he leads the senior management team as they drive business results to create value for ASF.
Previously, Skrbin served as Chief Operating officer for a large California community management company with eight offices throughout the state. He has more than 18 years of experience in the community management industry. Skrbin began his career in 1990 as a community manager in San Diego. He held positions within the same company with increasing responsibility across several regions before being promoted to COO.
Mr. Skrbin was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategic growth goals, along with guiding the management infrastructure and its support systems. He was also active in client relations, business development, contract management, strategic planning and training for regional expansion teams. This focused on business development activities in the Inland Empire, Valencia, Central Valley, the Desert and Northern California establishing regional offices in these areas.
Mr. Skrbin earned his bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Denver. Skrbin was also active with the California Association of Community Managers where he held his designation of Certified Community Association Manager.
