Heather served, in 2008, as President of the Board of Directors for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI. She received the Rising Star... Learn more award in 1998, the Committee Chairperson of the Year award in 2002 and the Volunteer of the Year award in 2003. Heather was also one of the first five managers in the nation to be inducted into the Associa® “Ambassadors Circle” in 2004. Throughout Heather’s tenure with CMC since 1995, she has managed large scale homeowner associations, been a Portfolio Manager for some of our most prestigious communities and acted in the capacity of HOA Division Director. As the Executive Vice President, Heather was responsible for management, marketing and general community consulting services.

This luxury community won CAI’s 2006 Humanitarian of the Year Award. Nick holds a MBA in Finance, has been an active member of CAI for 23 years, and is a member of the Community Managers International Association, serving professional on-site community association managers. Additional academic achievements include the Community Association Institute leadership training program and graduate of the Prince William County Community Leadership Institute.

She has a thoughtful approach and offers invaluable guidance to our managers with regard to personnel matters. Nancy is recognized as a "go to" person within our organization and is instrumental in the operation of CMC. In 2005, Nancy was the recipient of the Associa "A Team" award, which is given to individuals who have provided exceptional support to their colleagues. In addition, she was recognized with an Associa "Individual Achievement" award in 2006, 2007 and 2010. Nancy is also a member of SHRM.

Ron provides Reserve Studies, technical supervision and consultation on special projects, Preventive Maintenance & Operator Care Programs, property inspections and contract bid specifications for condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations.

The community was honored by the Washington Metro Chapter of CAI as the 2009 Very Large Association of the Year, and 2009 Website of the Year. Mark has an impressive history of being recognized for his operational and leadership capabilities, including recognition for customer service, employee retention and development, and financial performance.

Jan now serves as one of two HOA Division Directors and is responsible for the oversight and training of portfolio managers, client interfacing as well as to ensure that a high level of service is provided to our clients consistent with our company expectations. Jan is a recent recipient of the Ambassador’s Circle Award and received the PCAM designation in 2009.

As a Portfolio Manager with CMC, Christa consistently performed at a high level with a portfolio of condominium properties including developing communities, communities recently transitioned to owner control, as well as active adult communities. She is a very “hands-on” manager who focuses on financial health, annual planning, team building, facilities management and, most importantly, outstanding customer service at all levels. She is an excellent example for those managers she works closely with to provide guidance & direction. Christa recently received the PCAM designation in 2011.

Mike has over 32 years of “hands-on” management in residential construction with one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, US Home/Lennar Corporation.... Learn more His career involved the day-to-day management of construction of residential single family and condominium communities in seven (7) states. He has been active in the Maryland/Virginia market since 1985 and was the Declarant and President of the Board of Directors in many of the communities CMC manages today. As Director of Purchasing, Lennar-Virginia, Mike provided divisional leadership in Purchasing and Procurement for homebuilding activities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He brings a vast knowledge of product pricing, supply chain management and negotiating ability to Associa and its nationwide network. He is the President of the Heritage Charity Classic and active in the fight against cancer. Originally a native Texan, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State.

Craig Koss

Learn more serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Koss also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.
Additionally, Koss serves as the SVP liaison to the corporate accounting department and is the business analyst for the SVP team, as well as participating on the Associa Education Committee. Koss previously served as the CEO of Kramer-Triad Management Group in Michigan and has worked in the community association management industry for nearly 30 years, including 17 years with Kramer-Triad. He was promoted to RVP in 2008.
Koss holds both the AMS and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and previously served on the Education Committee and Managers Networking Committee for CAI. He was also an inaugural board member and served five years on CAI’s Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM). He was appointed to CAI’s board of Trustees and is a current member of the CAI Designation Ethics Committee. Koss received CAI’s Excellence Award in 2006.
An inaugural member of the Associa Ambassadors Circle, Koss and his wife are the parents of two children. He enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, but has one true passion – Michigan Football.
