  • Nicholas Lambiase, Jr., CPM, ARM, LCAM

    As CEO of CMC-Jacksonville, Lambiase leads operations and drives accountability and customer service. He is responsible for developer and client services, marketing and new business development, maintenance services and the oversight of corporate programs and training.

    Lambiase began in the industry from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience as a Property Manager, working his way up to Regional Director, and most recently, serving as Regional Vice President of Operations. Within this role, Lambiase oversaw 56 associations and was responsible for the management, direction and leadership of property managers, portfolio managers, accounting, and administrative and maintenance staff. He served as an adviser to property managers, conducting on-site visits, assisting with budgetary management and operational procedures, and maintaining personal relationships with all board members with weekly contact calls. In addition to his work with current clients, he oversaw the marketing and business development for new clients.

    Lambiase holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and Licensed Real Estates Sales Person in the state of Florida. He received a degree in business administration and hospitality management from Mercer County College. A native of New Jersey, Lambiase and his family have lived in Florida since 2003.

Learn more experience, including commercial, multifamily and community association management. Prior to joining Community Management Concepts, she worked for Property Services, Inc. (acquired by Associa in 2008) for 16 years as senior manager of the operation. There she managed a portfolio of residential and commercial condominiums and homeowners associations. In addition, Presson managed the maintenance department for Property Services, and continues in that roll with Community Management Concepts. Before that, she spent 14 years working in the commercial and residential property management field.

    Presson is actively involved in the Greater Jacksonville Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is pursuing the required course to become a PCAM. In addition to being a Licensed CAM, Presson is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and Certified Apartment Manager.

  • Janet Barnes

Barnes supervises the accounting staff, closes the monthly books and performs the reserve fund accounting and budgeting functions. She also heads up the resale, collections and HR departments.

    Prior to joining Community Management Concepts, Barnes worked for Property Services, Inc. (acquired by Associa in 2008) for 11 years as accounting manager. She performed all aspects of accounting, including commercial, multifamily rentals and community associations. She maintained the computer systems and IT network, in addition to performing all aspects of property accounting. Prior to PSI, she spent 15 years working in retail welding supply, where her duties encompassed accounting, purchasing agent, computer operator, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

    Harrison has served Associa in several capacities, including director of national sales, vice president of marketing and national sales and his current position as senior vice president of sales.

    Harrison began his career in the industry as a community manager for Alliance Association Management. He holds his CMCA and AMS designations from the Community Association Institute (CAI) and served as a board member of the Austin chapter for three years. In 2007, he was recognized as Volunteer of the Year by CAI’s Austin chapter.

    Harrison earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and an MBA from LeTourneau University.
