Matt Englert AMS®, PCAM®

Matt Englert has more than 21 years of experience with CASI. He began as an assistant manager when the young company only had six properties... Learn more and shortly thereafter became the property manager for those communities. As CASI's portfolio grew, he was promoted to vice president of operations and then to president. Englert has been instrumental in obtaining new accounts and developing procedures and policies while maintaining our high standards in professional property management services.
Englert obtained a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in urban & regional land use planning and management. He also managed a landscaping division for Neil Engledow (Mid-Western Tree Experts) in the early 1980s. Englert operated a successful landscape contracting company for more than three years.
Englert has been very active in the Community Associations Institute. He has held various positions on the Indiana Chapter Board, including president. He has attended many CAI classes and conferences over the years and has his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation, which is the highest professional, national designation in the profession.

Jane Scully, CMCA®, AMS®

Ms. Scully has been responsible for managing properties throughout Indiana for over 20 years. This work has included multi-family and single... Learn more family communities involving both existing sites and new development. She has also consulted various national and local clients on the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, sales events and contract sales to new customers/property owners.
Her career at Community Association Services of Indiana began in 2003 as a Community Manager. Shortly thereafter she was promoted to Director of Marketing and then to Vice President of Operations and Sales. Jane has been instrumental in employee development and obtaining new client accounts.
Ms. Scully has been active in the Apartment Association of Indiana and chaired the Trade Show and Membership Retention Committees. She was awarded the designations of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) give by the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Apartment Association. She also holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and the Accredited Management Specialist (AMS) designation, both awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. Jane also is a past Board member of the Central Indiana Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI).

Rebecca (Becky) A. Cruse CPM®

This has included multifamily, office buildings, industrial space, retail centers and self-storage, encompassing both new and older, distressed properties. Cruse has been awarded the Property Supervisor of the Year Award by the Lexington, Kentucky, Apartment Association and
has held an Indiana Real Estate Broker’s License since 1987. She continues to update her educational requirements as required.
Most recently Cruse has engaged exclusively in association management comprised of single- family and condominium associations. This includes more than 17 years of experience with CASI.
Cruse has been active in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) since 1992. She holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM. She is currently pursuing educational opportunities through the Community Associations Institute (CAI) with the goal of obtaining the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation, the highest professional, national designation in the association management industry.

Most recently he has engaged exclusively in association management comprised of single-family, condominium and office condominium associations. This includes more than 27 years of experience with CASI.
Thompson obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from National College of Business. He also has a developer background in the construction industry and worked as a construction superintendent on a 126-unit apartment development in the early 1970s.
Thompson has been active in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and served as Chapter 24’s president. He holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM. He also has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. He is actively pursuing educational opportunities through the Community Associations Institute with the goal of obtaining the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation, the highest professional, national designation in the profession.

Karla McCullough

Karla McCullough joined CASI in October 1995. Over the years, she has performed just about every accounting position necessary to serve our communities’... Learn more financial management needs, with a hands-on and eager "can-do” approach. She is now responsible for managing the accounting departments for both offices, supervising 10 accounting employees. McCullough had worked as an office associate for five years prior to CASI. She has also received the Associa® Financial Forum award for Outstanding Financial Employee for 2005.

James Blazek

James Blazek has been employed by CASI since April 1997. He has more than 17 years of experience in the commercial and residential building industry.... Learn more He is responsible for coordinating our in-house maintenance technicians’ production schedules. One of his many skills is responding to various emergency situations, quickly, efficiently and professionally. Blazek also prepares all maintenance estimates and assists in small insurance claim completions as well.

Bradley Kent Baker

Bradley Kent Baker has been progressively responsible for maintaining properties throughout Indiana for more than 16 years. The first four years,... Learn more his work included maintenance on medical buildings, both interior and exterior. For the past 12 years, Baker has worked with residential and commercial properties.
His career at CASI began in 1995 as a maintenance technician. In 1999, Baker pursued an educational opportunity and became a certified locksmith. In 2000, he received the Donald D. Wools Award for the employee who exemplifies a wonderful energy and giving spirit along with a great work ethic. He was promoted to maintenance supervisor in 2006.

Craig Koss

Koss is responsible for the oversight of 13 Associa branch offices throughout the United States. His responsibilities in this capacity include... Learn more serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Koss also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.
Additionally, Koss serves as the SVP liaison to the corporate accounting department and is the business analyst for the SVP team, as well as participating on the Associa Education Committee. Koss previously served as the CEO of Kramer-Triad Management Group in Michigan and has worked in the community association management industry for nearly 30 years, including 17 years with Kramer-Triad. He was promoted to RVP in 2008.
Koss holds both the AMS and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and previously served on the Education Committee and Managers Networking Committee for CAI. He was also an inaugural board member and served five years on CAI’s Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM). He was appointed to CAI’s board of Trustees and is a current member of the CAI Designation Ethics Committee. Koss received CAI’s Excellence Award in 2006.
An inaugural member of the Associa Ambassadors Circle, Koss and his wife are the parents of two children. He enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, but has one true passion – Michigan Football.
