He enjoys developing quality community association professionals that are dedicated to customer service and fiscal reliability. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and camping in his spare time.

During her career, three communities under her management have been awarded the CAI – Rocky Mountain Chapter Association of the Year. Dana is a Denver native, has two grown children, and two grandchildren.

Cara obtained the PCAM designation in 2010 and maintains the CMCA and AMS designations. Currently she serves as a Committee Member for the CAI Spring Tradeshow and provides training for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Association Institute.

Additionally, he has obtained his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Todd currently holds his Colorado Real Estate license, is a National Rifle Association Certified Pistol Instructor, an Eagle Scout and remains active in the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoys hunting, fishing, cars and family. Todd and his family have lived in Loveland for six (6) years and really enjoy the great outdoors in Colorado.

Trey has lived in Fort Collins for almost twenty years and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography. Trey is the statewide Director of Maintenance for Colorado Association Services as well as Senior Manager in the Fort Collins Branch and has more than twenty years combined experience in management bringing a wide range of professional and practical experience to Colorado Association Services. Also a licensed real estate broker, Trey worked for several years in Fort Collins specializing in real estate management and serves as a resource for the Colorado Association Services’ Property Management Division. Trey lives and plays in Fort Collins with his wife Maria and son Ryan and enjoys spending his spare time playing music as well as fly-fishing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, mountain-biking, hiking and camping in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Steele also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.

    Steele was formerly the Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches to further develop service and product offerings.

    Prior to his position with the corporate office, Steele was President of Associa company Real Property Management, Inc., in Columbus Ohio. He holds his AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio with more than 19 years in the community association management industry.

    Steele has been married for 10 years has a son and two young daughters. He and his family relocated to Arizona in 2010 after spending his entire life in Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and Phoenix Suns basketball games. He also attends and helps coach his children in various sports such as soccer, baseball and swimming.
