As CEO and president, Loch-Lee leads the company’s operations and model unsurpassed customer service. She is responsible for company growth, developer and client services, marketing, maintenance services and the oversight of corporate programs and training.
Loch-Lee is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She holds a Certified Manager of Community Association designation from NBC-CAM, a Certified Arizona Association Manager designation from Arizona Association of Community Managers, and a Professional Community Association Manager designation from the Community Associations Institute. She is active in CAI, serving on the National Faculty and Education Committees. She also served as the immediate past Chairperson of the Association of Professional Community Managers and on the board of trustees with CAI.

Ms. Corcoran has been with Canyon Gate for over five years and serves as the Vice President. Along with supervising all facets of the management... Learn more division, she maintains a diverse portfolio of communities. Kim has earned the CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations and is an active member of CAI and currently serves as the Chapter Executive Director for the CAI – New Mexico Chapter in Organization. She has recently been elected to the Association of Professional Community Managers Board of Directors and will serve her two year term beginning January 2012. Her commitment to continuing education and professional advancement is a great asset to her communities and Canyon Gate.
Kim grew up in Ohio and moved to Albuquerque in 2005. Kim obtained her bachelor's degree from Wright State University, Dayton OH.

Matt Steele

As Senior Vice President, Matt Steele oversees a portfolio of 12 Associa branch management offices throughout the United States as well as 2... Learn more of our ancillary services companies. His responsibilities in this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEOs to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Steele also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.
Steele was formerly the Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches to further develop service and product offerings.
Prior to his position with the corporate office, Steele was President of Associa company Real Property Management, Inc., in Columbus, Ohio. He holds his AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio with more than 20 years in the community association management industry.
Steele has been married for 12 years and has a son and two young daughters. He and his family relocated to Arizona in 2010 after spending his entire life in Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and Phoenix Suns basketball games. He’s also active with his children's various sports including soccer and swimming.
