Roger B. Kinney

Roger graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree. For six years Roger served as general manager for Locke Lake, a 1500-acre planned four-season recreational community in New Hampshire.
Roger then transitioned into the beverage industry where he experienced 25 years of management success for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola USA, The Vernors Company and The Seven-Up Company. This culminated in his leading Pepsi America's Eastern Europe operations based in Warsaw, Poland.
Roger returned to St. Louis, Missouri as General Manager/COO of a large community association management company.
Roger's commitment to quality education led him to serve on several Rockwood Missouri School District committees. He also chaired campaigns for school board candidates and a $50 million school district bond issue.
Roger and his wife, Jean, an interior designer with Thomasville, have four children. Kristen is married, an international business graduate from St. Louis University and works with the Fixed Income Service group at Stifel Nicolaus and Company. Stephanie is a Millikin University graduate. She is a partner in The Blaq Group, a New York City event and hospitality planning and marketing company. Twins John and Alexis are in their senior year at Webster University's Conservatory of Theatre Arts.

Kim has earned the CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations and is an active member of CAI and currently serves as the Chapter Executive Director for the CAI – New Mexico Chapter in Organization. She has recently been elected to the Association of Professional Community Managers Board of Directors and will serve her two year term beginning January 2012. Her commitment to continuing education and professional advancement is a great asset to her communities and Canyon Gate.
Kim grew up in Ohio and moved to Albuquerque in 2005. Kim obtained her bachelor's degree from Wright State University, Dayton OH.

Since joining the Associa Canyon Gate family in 2008, Keshia has established the Customer Service Department and restructured the Financial Services Department. Her oversight and leadership of these two departments lead her to her passion for providing excellent customer service and sharing that passion and enthusiasm with her fellow team members.

Matt Steele

Learn more this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies. Steele also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.
Steele was formerly the Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches to further develop service and product offerings.
Prior to his position with the corporate office, Steele was President of Associa company Real Property Management, Inc., in Columbus Ohio. He holds his AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio with more than 19 years in the community association management industry.
Steele has been married for 10 years has a son and two young daughters. He and his family relocated to Arizona in 2010 after spending his entire life in Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and Phoenix Suns basketball games. He also attends and helps coach his children in various sports such as soccer, baseball and swimming.
