Sending an initial letter of delinquency. We send an itemized letter to each delinquent homeowner.
Preparing and delivering materials. Upon Board direction, Association Services of Florida will prepare the account materials and deliver them to your preferred attorney or collection agent to move forward with advanced collection proceedings.
