Rosensteel is the Founder of AMI and has earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations from Community Association Institute (CAI),

He has extensive expertise in community association and condominium construction and rehabilitation management, specifications and construction practice, and reserve studies and analysis.

On the local level, Rosensteel has served as an association management consultant and has been instrumental in the planning and early management of developer-controlled accounts. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of Community Associations’ Institute Nevada and as the board’s president. He was selected as Portfolio Manager of the Year for 2000 and served on the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County. Rosensteel also serves on CAI’s Legislative Action Committee.

Her objective is to effectively guide management entities toward high standards of practice and strong risk management values, while developing successful neighborhoods and communities.

She has achieved national recognition from the prestigious Community Associations Institute (CAI) as a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and formally the professional certification by the California Association of Community Managers Inc (CACM).

Tarantino has been involved in community association management since 1991. She has extensive expertise in the management of condominiums, single-family homes, landscape maintenance associations and drainage districts. She also has significant experience with commercial association entities.

She has obtained her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations, and is a Nevada Certified Supervising Community Association Manager. She has been an active member of CAI since 1996.

Susan Keenan, ARM®, CMCA®, AMS™

Learn more (CMCA), an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) who has 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has managed homeowners’ associations, multifamily properties, single-family homes, retail and commercial properties in Nevada, Oregon and California and has lived in Reno for 19 years.

The professional designations and organizations she is affiliated with include the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), Member; Northern Nevada/Tahoe Chapter 89, ARM; Community Association Institute, AMS; CMCA. She is also past president of the McKenzie River Chamber of Commerce and was Citizen of the Year. Keenan is pursuing her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.

She has been actively involved in new communities with homeowner associations, both Planned Unit Developments and Condominiums, working with developers, assisting in the pre-planning, review of the governing documents, and preparation of budgets. She has been involved in the complete rehab of older properties, as well as the continual monitoring of existing properties, maintaining the integrity, property values and quality of life.

Robert Rosenberg

Rosenberg also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation. Additionally, Rosenberg serves as the Chair of Associa’s Information Technology Steering Committee.

Prior to serving as SVP, Rosenberg was CEO of Massingham & Associates, one of the largest community management firms in Northern California. Joining Massingham right out of college, he has held numerous positions in the company from controller to COO to shareholder. During his tenure with company, the company grew to five offices managing 320 plus communities in Northern California. In addition, he helped the company achieve the prestigious Certified Management Firm (CMF) designation from the California Association of Community Managers.

Rosenberg holds a Business Administration degree from San Jose State University with a concentration in Accounting. In addition, he received his law degree from the Santa Clara School of Law in May of 1999. He started his real estate career in mortgage banking and has also worked for a Certified Public Accountant specializing in real estate accounting and a law firm specializing in real estate law. Rosenberg is a certified community association manager, and a licensed real estate broker.

Rosenberg is affiliated with numerous trade organizations in the field of real estate including stints on the board of directors of the Executive Council of Homeowners and the California Association of Community Managers. He is married and the proud father of four children and enjoys coaching their respective soccer teams in his spare time.
