  • Wendy Murray, FEMV, CMCA®, CAM®

    Ms. Murray began her Associa career at Association Services of Florida as the Director of Business Development. She served as the Regional Director... Learn more of Marketing and National Sales for Associa Corporate. She has years of experience with Associa, the community association industry, as well as experience as a County Court Mediator. She is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), has received the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation and holds the designation of Florida Emergency Management Volunteer (FEMV) as accredited via the Florida Emergency Preparedness Association (FEPA). She has more than 12 years experience with Homeowner’s Associations and several years experience of mediating community association disputes. She is a graduate from the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program administered under the FEMA and Homeland Security Departments and has completed the Professional Development Series via the Emergency Management Institute under FEMA. She has assisted communities with grant writing for county grants and is an active participant in several local community association councils.

    Ms. Murray has served on the Board of Directors of the homeowner’s association in which she resides since transition from the developer in 2001. She has served in the capacity of President of the HOA since 2004. Under her leadership, the community has been recognized by the county’s Naturescape program and achieved designation via the National Wildlife Federation as a Wildlife Habitat. Her community was also a finalist in the state of Florida for community excellence in 2009 and 2011. Her association is an active participant in the local Adopt-A- Street program as well as Waterways Cleanup.

Prior to joining Associa Gulf Coast, she had served as the financial manager of a large developer in Bonita Springs since 1998. Prior to that, she served 13 years as a financial analyst in Naples, Florida, New York and Connecticut. Tiebout-Touron has been a full-time resident in Southwest Florida since 1994.

  • George Skrbin, CAM®, CMCA®

    George Skrbin oversees a portfolio of 11 Associa branch offices throughout the United States in his role as Senior Vice President. His responsibilities... Learn more in this capacity include serving as a mentor to the branch CEO’s to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives as well as uphold Associa corporate policies.

    Skrbin also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer Association Services of Florida. In that capacity, he sets strategy and directs operations for ASF. Additionally, he leads the senior management team as they drive business results to create value for ASF.

    Previously, Skrbin served as Chief Operating officer for a large California community management company with eight offices throughout the state. He has more than 18 years of experience in the community management industry. Skrbin began his career in 1990 as a community manager in San Diego. He held positions within the same company with increasing responsibility across several regions before being promoted to COO.

    Mr. Skrbin was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategic growth goals, along with guiding the management infrastructure and its support systems. He was also active in client relations, business development, contract management, strategic planning and training for regional expansion teams. This focused on business development activities in the Inland Empire, Valencia, Central Valley, the Desert and Northern California establishing regional offices in these areas.

    Mr. Skrbin earned his bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Denver. Skrbin was also active with the California Association of Community Managers where he held his designation of Certified Community Association Manager.
