The last six years he has served as the Senior Vice President of a large Associa Company in St. Petersburg, Florida where he was responsible for client relations, supervision of 120 employees, staff training and team building. Rody is a very hands-on leader who is known for his dedication to providing clients with nothing less than top of the line service. He is also respected for his ability to establish procedures and practices that result in a high degree of internal accountability. Rody's 18+ years of industry experience also includes facility rehabilitation management, for which he held the company's General Contractors License.

Mrs. Epps’s achievements in this position combined with her significant experience in apartment and operations management qualified her for promotion to the position of Director of Operations. In her Director position, Mrs. Epps oversees the daily management of twenty-five employees spanning across five departments within Alliance. She enforces a “can do” attitude across departments and has fostered an atmosphere of teamwork amongst all employees.

Steele also educates each CEO in a variety of areas including how to improve company performance, business planning and innovation.

    Steele was formerly the Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches to further develop service and product offerings.

    Prior to his position with the corporate office, Steele was President of Associa company Real Property Management, Inc., in Columbus Ohio. He holds his AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio with more than 19 years in the community association management industry.

    Steele has been married for 10 years has a son and two young daughters. He and his family relocated to Arizona in 2010 after spending his entire life in Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and Phoenix Suns basketball games. He also attends and helps coach his children in various sports such as soccer, baseball and swimming.
