Associa University is our comprehensive professional development program for community and homeowners’ association management, providing our global professionals with online, on-demand courses tailored specifically to Associa best practices. AU was established in conjunction with the Professional Management Development Program (PMDP) of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
AU enables Associa personnel to achieve and maintain the highest levels of management accreditation of any company in the country with a curriculum that includes coursework for career development, leadership development and managerial issues, and online courses for board members and homeowners. Some of the topics include customer service, negotiation and financial preparation for board meetings.
AU has more than 500 online courses and an online video library of more than 50 videos, most of which feature our own field and corporate leadership making presentations on a variety of topics.
