Associa Community Watch provides routine common area inspections, event oversight and covenant review for community associations – and assists individual homeowners with an endless menu of options, such as making deliveries, monitoring a home for a vacationing family, or serving as caretaker for a property left vacant by casualty loss or foreclosure. Additionally, Community Watch can provide association patrols, after-hours lighting and facility audits, and clubhouse and pool closings, as well as road traffic/traffic safety services.
