Board Members and Owners,
In the wake of Odile, let me assure you that Associa is doing everything we can to ensure the safety of your community and conduct damage assessments even thought communications efforts are VERY difficult.
We do know that Oscar Abadiano, the Associa Community Manager for Lomas, has been on site every day since the storm, and he knocked on every door and spoke to every homeowner that was on property once he was able to get there on Wednesday.
We know you are very concerned about your property, and I can assure you we are too. You can see some initial photos and information on specific units on this Facebook page and we will continue to update you on our Facebook and Twitter accounts with information as we have it.
Thank you for your patience in this difficult situation.

Many of you have contacted us regarding your communities in the Los Cabos area. We are doing what we can to get to each one, ensure safety there, and conduct a damage assessment. We will post updates from our team on the ground as soon as we hear more or they become available. #associamexico - 17 hours ago
A message from Joey Carona - EVP and COO, Associa
I wanted to contact you today with more specifics about our disaster recovery plans for your property. If you have perceived a delay in our communications about this, it has only been because of the difficulty of securing supplies and of getting to the Los Cabos region. As of today, I have personally flown to the region to oversee these plans.
Right now and for the next few days, we at Associa have three primary objectives: - one day ago
