Associa University Opens Online Doors to Direct Homeowner Training
Associa Launches New Courses for Managers, Board Members and Homeowners
Dallas, TX June 22, 2010 - Associa and Associa University introduces their first online training sessions geared directly to homeowners and association board members in tandem with its four new online courses for its community managers.
“The relationships between our community managers, board of directors and the homeowners is crucial and important to everyone’s success,” said Dr. Jed Friend, Vice President of Organizational Development for Associa. “Enabling education among all of the players is a key to opening the door to positive and productive communications.”
Homeowner-focused training courses are now accessible via Associa’s online portal for homeowners:
Homeowner Orientation gives homeowners the tools to reap the benefits of living in an homeowners association and gives practical tips for dealing with circumstances that all homeowners face.
Board Orientation provides tools to enable board members to understand their role, techniques on how to communicate between community managers and homeowners and operational structure and processes implemented.
The four new online courses for Associa Community Managers are available online via Associa University:
- Board and Homeowner Orientation for Managers helps community managers balance the day-to-day tactical work of managing a community while interacting effectively with boards of directors, homeowners, and key colleagues.
