HRW Fine-Tunes Focus on Client Service
Promotes Three Community and Educated-Minded Leaders
Raleigh, NC June 17, 2010 - HRW, an Associa company, leads by example and promotes three leaders who have quickly exemplified HRW’s commitment to serving communities and homeowners.
“It makes my job so fun to reward employees who take seriously their commitment to excellence through great client service and education,” said Cathy Wade, President of HRW. “Working well together and helping everyone succeed is the only way to conduct business, in our office or our neighborhoods.”
Sabrina Summerall, promoted to Customer Care Director Although Summerall has been with HRW for just a year, she has made a major impact with clients as well as internal processes. She joined the Customer Care team after moving to North Carolina from Florida where she worked on-site at a condominium association for seven years. She holds her Florida state license for association management, recently passed the M-100 Essentials of Community Association Management and is working towards her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Cynthia Celli, promoted to Senior Community Manager, CMCA Celli joined HRW after relocating from New York. Prior to her promotion to Community Manager in mid-2007, Celli served as an Assistant Community Manager for a year, assisting with several condominiums and townhome associations. Her past work experience includes time in the insurance, hotel and transportation industries. She also has a strong customer service background and experience in accounting. She is working to obtain the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation through CAI.
