CMC Florida Adds Nine New Associations to Portfolio

Clearwater, FL May 26, 2010 - Community Management Concepts (CMC) of Florida is thrilled to welcome nine new communities to its client portfolio.

CMC Florida contracted to deliver full management services, including full financial administration, facilities management and operational management services to the following seven communities:

• Bradford Acres Condominium Association, Inc.—Clearwater, Florida
  Number of Units:  68 condominium units
• Shangri-La Property Owners Association, Inc.—Largo, Florida
  Number of Units:  145 homes
• Five Towns of St. Petersburg, No. 301, Inc.—St. Petersburg, Florida
  Number of Units:  96 condominium units
• Clearwater Key Association South Beach II, Inc.—Clearwater, FL
  Number of Units: 95 condominium units
• Cambridge Condominium Association, Inc.—Tampa, FL
  Number of Units:  6 condominium units
• Eastbrook Homeowners Association, Inc—Tampa, FL
  Number of Units:  87 homes
• Silver Sands Beach and Racquet Club One Condominium, Inc.—St. Pete Beach, Florida
  Number of Units:  100 condominium units

In addition, CMC Florida contracted to deliver financial management services to the following two communities:

• Ultimar Homeowners Association, Inc.—Clearwater, FL—Sand Key
  Number of Units:  352-unit master association
• Ultimar Three Condominium Association, Inc.—Clearwater, FL—Sand Key
  Number of Units:  100 condominium units
