Morris IREM Designations Mean Best-Educated Real Estate Property Managers in Middle Tennessee
Brentwood, TN May 26, 2010 - Morris Property Management is excited to announce that three of its office leaders have earned designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Sean Phelan, Morris Vice President, recently earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM. Phelan also holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI), making him one of only six people to hold both designations in Tennessee.
Megan Truskowski, Morris Property Manager, earned the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from IREM. Truskowski was also elected and sworn in as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Nashville Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Judy Rose, Morris Property CEO, was elected and sworn in as the President Elect for the Greater Nashville Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Ms. Rose also holds the PCAM and CPM designation from CAI.
