Three PMGH-Managed Associations Recognized for Excellence
Houston, TX May 26, 2010 - Principal Management Group of Houston (PMGH) is pleased to announce the Community Association Institute (CAI) Houston Chapter has honored three of the Associations it manages in the CAI C.A.R.E.S. (Community Association Recognition of Excellence in Service) First Quarter 2010 Awards.
Seven Meadows Community Association (a two time award winner) was honored for its successful Neighborhood Watch Team, featured on the Ft. Bend County Neighborhood Watch Website. The PMGH Manager is Linda Bartel, PCAM.
Marwood Homeowners Association was honored for using creative solutions to save funds during a three-year period to accomplish its goal of implementing a landscape improvement project. Under the leadership of its PMGH manager, Kristine Thomason, Marwood successfully secured funds from the Municipal Utility District to assist with the landscape project.
Cypress Mill Homeowners Association was honored for its neighborhood beautification plans. Together, a plan was developed for a trail system to allow children of the Cypress Mill, Cypress Ridge and Sydney Harbour neighborhoods to safely access recreational facilities, as well as provide a visually attractive route into the communities. Additional projects on the horizon include enhancing the medians with pine trees, live oaks and wax myrtles, in conjunction with installing irrigation lines and concrete fencing. The PMGH Manager is Robert Rhode, AMS.
