Legum & Norman Midwest Expands Service with New Clients and Leadership Appointments
Chicago, IL May 19, 2010 - Legum and Norman Midwest is thrilled to welcome two new condominium associations to its client portfolio, as well as announce the appointments of three leadership positions.
L&N Midwest is excited to announce its recent partnerships with two new condominium associations:
Mastercraft Condominium Association - Located in the heart of Lincoln Park, Mastercraft is a gated 16 unit exclusive community. Mastercraft boasts a beautifully landscaped courtyard for the enjoyment of all residents.
Terrazio - Located on Michigan Avenue, this distinctive new building, developed by one of the premier Chicago developers, Sedgwick Properties, contains 180 residential homes with one-of-a-kind amenities. Residents can enjoy common green outdoor space with a rooftop dog run and park benches at the Terrazzo’s sola vista courtyard. A rooftop lounge, outdoor kitchen and tranquility pool add to the outdoor space. A premium fitness center and indoor parking are also available for residents.

To further expand its client service to new and existing clients, L&N Midwest is proud to announce the appointments of three leadership positions.
Julie Cihlar was appointed EVP and CFO. Ms. Cihlar is a CPA and has 15 years of association accounting management experience and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston, and will oversee all accounting functions.
Gina Rossi was appointed Marketing Director. As the Marketing Director, Ms. Rossi will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relations. Ms. Rossi will also remain Marketing Director with Vanguard Community Management in Schaumburg, Illinois. She has more than 12 years of community management experience, maintains the highest professional designation, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from Community Associations Institute (CAI) and was named the CAI 2005 Property Manager of the Year.
Linda Ivery was promoted to Community Manager. Ms. Ivery has been a team member with L&N Midwest for three years. She has more than 18 years of experience in all aspects of community association management and holds a BA from Northwestern University.
“We are confident that all three individuals will enhance our team with their expertise and will elevate an already outstanding level of service to our clients,” noted Lutz.
