Kramer-Triad Management Group Expands Service with New Client and Coveted PCAM Designee
Ann Arbor, MI May 19, 2010 - Kramer-Triad Management Group, an Associa company, is pleased to announce the addition of Carrollton Hills Homeowners Association to its portfolio, as well as the recent designation of a community manager to Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) status.
Carrollton Hills Homeowners Association is a community of luxury homes being built in Oakland Township. The community is currently in the development stages with 25 homes currently occupied and, upon completion, will be comprised of 49 elegant estate homes in a beautiful country setting.

In addition, Kramer-Triad proudly announces that Ryan Dorner has recently earned his PCAM designation, awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He was officially inducted at the national CAI conference held at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas at the end of April. Dorner has been with the company for eight years and is one of 15 managers who hold this prestigious designation within the Kramer-Triad trio of offices. He specializes in developing communities and currently manages a full portfolio of properties.
The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. To earn the PCAM designation, a community manger must maintain his CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification, the AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation, pass six related courses through CAI, among numerous other items.
