Albuquerque, NM May 3, 2010 - Canyon Gate Real Estate Services is thrilled to welcome two new communities to its portfolio of clients.

Canyon Gate will provide financial services to Deer Canyon Preserve Homeowner’s Association in Mountainair, NM, a community of 187 single family homes.

It will provide full management services, including financial services, property management, communications, record-keeping and administrative management to the Gym Lofts Association in Albuquerque, NM, a 54 unit condominium association within a master planned community.
