Team Members at Real Property Management, Inc. Earn Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) Accreditations
Lewis Center, OH April 21, 2010 - Real Property Management is excited to announce that Richard Sharnsky, Jr., Jeanne Waal and Tamara Seitz have recently acquired their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) accreditation through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
“Continued education is important to serving our clients,” said Sandi Crnko, President of Real Property Management. “Our clients know that we have local knowledge, and each new credential that our community managers obtain shows that we are serious about being the valuable resource for national industry information as well.”
Sharnsky is a facilities manager and has been employed with Real Property Management for four years. Community Manager, Waal, has been with Real Property Management for more than three years and has over 17 years experience in property management. Seitz is also a Community Manager and has served clients with Real Property Management for five years.
To obtain CMCA certification, managers must complete a 16-hour classroom course, the Essentials of Community Association Management, and pass the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) CMCA Examination.
CAI is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations by providing education, tools and resources to people who manage homeowners associations.
