Lāna‘i, Hawai’i Community Associations Benefit from Certified Management of Hawai‘i’s On-Island Account Executive
On-Island Account Executive Provides Higher Level of Service to Board Members, Owners and Residents
Lāna‘i, HI February 1, 2010 - Certified Management, an Associa Company, proudly welcomes 4 new Lāna‘i, Hawai’i management services clients. Certified Management will provide full financial administration, facilities management and operational management for each new association client.
Effective January 1, 2010, Certified Management began community management services for:
- Koele Homeowners Association
- Manele Bay Homeowners Association
- Terraces at Manele Bay Phase V
- Palms at Manele
Mary Charles, Board President for Koele Homeowners Association, stated, “Certified Management recently took over the Koele Homeowners Association and the transition has been seamless in a rather difficult environment. We have found our Account Executive to be readily available, knowledgeable and most important pro-active. We are very pleased with our new partnership.”
Certified Management is the only management company on Lāna‘i with an “on-island” Account Executive. Ingrida Couto, who has been a resident of Lāna‘i for nearly 10 years, is responsible for the daily management of the four community associations. Ms. Couto will be on the island to help each of these associations with any association needs. The availability of a manager on the island allows for quicker response to issues, a higher level of service and support and more personal customer service with the board members, owners and residents.
