Alliance Association Management Appoints Johnnie Epps to Director of Operations

Strong Business Success Allows Alliance Association Management to Recognize and Promote Talented Business Professionals

Austin, TX June 29, 2009 - Alliance Association Management (Alliance), an Associa Company, proudly announces the promotion of Johnnie Epps to Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Ms. Epps will oversee daily management of various departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant services and processes that support Alliance’s goal of exceptional service.

 

Ms. Epps started with Alliance Association Management in 2003 as a member of the Accounts Payable team.  Ms. Epps’ previous experience in management and operations aided her in quickly being promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor and then Office Manager.  Ms. Epps industry experience and tenure with Alliance make her the ideal candidate for Director of Operations.

 

Ms. Epps’ is an active member of Community Association Institute (CAI), the national organization representing the interests of condominium, townhome, commercial and homeowner associations throughout the United States.  Ms. Epps also maintains the designation, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). The CMCA certification signifies a sound knowledge of community management principals and requires adherence to the Community Manager Code of Ethics as administered by Community Association Institute affiliate organization National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
